Kathryn has been a licensed esthetician since 2007, with over 19 years of experience in the beauty industry. She is dedicated to providing anti-aging and confidence-boosting services through advanced treatments such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, and hydrodermabrasion. With a corrective, proactive approach to aging, Kathryn tailors each service to help her clients achieve their skincare goals and enhance their overall aesthetic.

Her philosophy centers on creating a collaborative partnership with her clients. Kathryn involves her clients in every step of the treatment plan, ensuring transparency and providing education on the reasoning behind each service. This open line of communication fosters comfort and trust, resulting in effective, personalized outcomes.

In addition to her wide range of skincare treatments, Kathryn is also an expert in brow shaping, lamination, and tinting, and offers comprehensive waxing services. In 2019, she expanded her expertise to include eyelash services, where she focuses on maintaining lash health while delivering beautiful results.

Kathryn has been working with Mirabella cosmetics since 2008 and has served as both a national educator and manager for the brand. Her deep knowledge of the products allows her to provide expert applications tailored to her clients' needs.

Outside of the spa, Kathryn is an avid reader and adores her pets, treating them like family. She enjoys unwinding in her garden or by the fire pit, and is a big fan of Grey’s Anatomy and Hallmark Christmas movies. Kathryn’s favorite drinks are coffee and Dr. Pepper, though she always reminds her clients to drink plenty of water for healthy skin.

Kimber Bridges~ Massage Therapist & Body Care Specialist

Kimber completed her training in 2008. With a passion for improving lives through pain management in 2010, she was honored with the prestigious title of MT (Massage Therapist) of the Year. Specializing in pain management, Kimber brings years of experience and a deep understanding of various techniques to alleviate discomfort and promote wellness.

Kimber shares her home with two beloved French bulldogs, who bring joy and laughter to her daily routine. She finds joy in supporting her daughters’ softball endeavors, relishing the opportunity to watch them grow and succeed on the field. An avid kayaker, finding solace and adventure on the water, exploring new destinations and embracing the serenity of nature.

Meet Morganne, she is helping us behind the desk at Rose Aesthetics. She assists with scheduling and checking out when services are completed.

Tyler Jewell Roser~
Esthetician &
Detail Artist

Tyler is a Paola High School graduate and former member of the Cheer Squad. Tyler discovered her passion for caring for others soon after high school, leading her to pursue a career in esthetics. After completing her education at Entourage, she joined Rose Aesthetics, where she specializes in brow shaping, Dermaplane, and Microexfoliation (also known as nano pen or skin infusion) treatments.

Tyler has recieved additional training in Dermaplane services, Brazilian Waxing, and is Melanin Rich Skin. Currently, Tyler is expanding her expertise by completing her lash certification with Borboleta, soon adding lash artistry to her skill set. Her commitment to her craft shines through every service she provides, making her a trusted and caring professional.

In her personal life, Tyler shares a special bond with her cat, “Rosie,” a fitting connection to Rose Aesthetics. Just don’t confuse her cat with our robot vacuum “Rosie” that would be confusing.

Belen Carrete~ Esthetician &

Belen is thrilled to share her passion for skincare and the empowerment of others. For years, she’s dedicated herself to helping individuals feel beautiful, confident, and valued. Those who know Belen can attest to her enthusiasm for connecting with people and inspiring them to live their best lives.

Her journey began in 2006 when she completed cosmetology school. Although life took some unexpected turns, she’s very excited to finally pursue her dream and embark on a career as a licensed esthetician—better late than never!

As an esthetician, she’s excited to bring her expertise to our clients, offering personalized and detail-oriented beauty services, including facials, lash lifting, brow laminations, waxing, and professional spray tanning.Belen is a great listener and very attentively to your needs, providing treatments that enhance your natural beauty, and fostering a positive and confident atmosphere.

Belen’s smiling face and positive energy is familiar to our community but it her drive to provide quality care that make her a natural fit within our team.

Madeline Batcheler~ Esthetician & Advocate

Madeline’s passion for esthetics lies in helping clients with corrective treatments for acne and problematic skin. Having struggled with my own skin from a young age, she understands firsthand the impact it can have on your confidence and mental health. This personal experience drives her to help others achieve their skin goals and feel great in their own skin. She aslo enjoys providing services that deliver instant results, like waxing—it’s so rewarding to see immediate transformations. Being a part of helping people find their confidence and see the glow brighten from the inside out is why Madeline is dedicated to providing results driven services with positivity and kindness at the forefront. When working with clients, her focus is always on creating a space where skincare and mental health are prioritized. I’m here to listen, support, and help you achieve your healthiest, most radiant skin.

Growing up on a farm, Madeline has always loved the peacefulness of country life. Cats have been her favorite companions, and over the years, she’s had countless barn cats that have filled her days with joy. Family is also incredibly important to me, and I cherish the time I spend with them. One unique thing about Madeline is that she has a twin sister. They havebeen each other’s biggest competition but in the best way possible, pushing each other to grow and succeed.

Mandi Martinez~ Massage Therapist

Mandi is a massage therapist, specializing in reparative treatments available only on Fridays and occasional Saturdays at Rose Aesthetics. She has a background working with KU Athletics and currently is full-time with a chiropractic office in Wellsville, KS. She loves not only helping someone feel relaxed but utilizing her skills to provide relief and corrective treatments. Mandi has been trained in a wide variety of techniques to achieve those results.

When Mandi is not providing massages, she is expressing her creativity through her love of music and art. She expresses her passions through tattoos and fun/colorful hair. She loves her cats, two children, and grandbaby. She also plays the piano.

Kalyn is the social media manager at Rose Aesthetics. She studied marketing and business at the University of Kansas and graduated in December of 2022. Kalyn started The Only Agency that specializes in running TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and IG accounts for businesses. The Only Agency partnered with Rose Aesthetics at the beginning of 2022 to help them reach their marketing goals. Kalyn has been growing not only her businsess but all of those she helps. Her career is growing by “Leaps and Bounds” and Rose Aesthetics is proud of our girl and so grateful that she is on our team!
