Kathryn Clevenger, Esthetician
Kathryn has been a licensed Esthetician since 2007 and continues her education constantly. She has 17+ years in the Beauty Industry Providing Anti-Aging and confidence-boosting services. Advanced esthetic services including Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, and Hydrodermabrasion are few of the services she can provide with a corrective, proactive approach to aging. Her goal is to be able to provide her clients with the best solutions to help them reach their skin care goals and overall improvement in their Aesthetic. Involving the client in her plan or course of treatment, the reason behind her choices in every service, provides the client with education and comfort from the transparency in her approach. Creating a team or partnership with open lines of communication is the key to her success in giving her clients the results they are looking for. Offering a wide range of skin care services that are customized for each person is just a portion of the services that she specializes in. Kathryn also offers waxing services, which include detailed Brow Shaping, Lamination, and Tinting. In 2019, she introduced Eyelash Services to her menu and is very passionate about providing healthy lash services. She has worked with Mirabella cosmetic products for 12+ years. Not only does she use Mirabella for applications with her clients, but she has also been a National Educator and Manager for Mirabella. Outside of the Spa, Kathryn is an avid reader and loves her pets like they are her children. She enjoys relaxing outside in her garden or sitting in front of a fire pit on the patio. Grey’s Anatomy is her all- time favorite television show and she is a sucker for Hallmark Christmas movies. Coffee and Dr. Pepper is her favorite drink aside from water, she wants to remind everyone to drink more water.
Kimber Bridges, Massage Therapist
Kimber completed her training in 2008. With a passion for improving lives through pain management in 2010, she was honored with the prestigious title of MT (Massage Therapist) of the Year. Specializing in pain management, Kimber brings years of experience and a deep understanding of various techniques to alleviate discomfort and promote wellness. Kimber shares her home with two beloved French bulldogs, who bring joy and laughter to her daily routine. She finds joy in supporting her daughters’ softball endeavors, relishing the opportunity to watch them grow and succeed on the field. An avid kayaker, finding solace and adventure on the water, exploring new destinations and embracing the serenity of nature.

As a founding member of Rose Aesthetics, Bailey is thrilled you are looking into services. Bailey attended Johnson County Community College in the Summer of 2019 to pursue a second career as a manicurist. She finds joy in improving male and female clients' look, feel, and comfort level through her manicures, pedicures, and Plexigel services. The crowning service that Bailey is known for, and her favorite service to provide, is her pedicures! When she is not doing nails, Bailey can be found teaching, spending time with her friends and family, and rooting on the Chiefs!

Mandi Martinez, Massage Therapist
Meet Mandi! Mandi is a massage therapist, specializing in reparative treatments. She has a background working with KU Athletics and currently is full-time with a chiropractic office. She loves not only helping someone feel relaxed but utilizing her skills to provide relief and corrective treatments. Mandi has been trained in a wide variety of techniques to achieve those results. We are fortunate that she has joined our team to offer our clients access to her skill level and expertise. Currently she is available to provide massages on Fridays but watch for openings to be posted for the occasional weekend or evening availability!
When Mandi is not providing massages, she is expressing her creativity through her love of music and art. She expresses her passions through tattoos and fun/colorful hair. She loves her cats, two children, and grandbaby. She also plays the piano.

Kalyn Bell, Social Media Manager
Kalyn is the social media manager at Rose Aesthetics. She studied marketing and business at the University of Kansas and graduated in December of 2022. Kalyn started The Only Agency that specializes in running TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and IG accounts for businesses. The Only Agency partnered with Rose Aesthetics at the beginning of 2023 to help them reach their marketing goals. Kalyn has been in the marketing game for two years now and plans to keep growing within the industry.
